Lene Groth joined STARK Group as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in 2016. Before joining STARK Group, she held the position as Executive Vice President of HR in Coop Denmark (2014-2016). Prior Lene Groth has held various HR positions in IKEA (2002-2014), including Global HR Operations Manager.

Lene Groth has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and an Executive Board Education in Board Leadership, Corporate Finance and Governance from Copenhagen Business School.
