Prior he served as Senior Vice President at Bauking GmbH (2011-2020), General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Bauking GmbH (2002-2011), and CEO of HBZ Holz- und Bauzentren GmbH. Michael Knüppel started his career as apprentice at Holz- und Bauzentrum in Iserlohn.
