STARK Group acquires Danish civil engineering specialist

With the acquisition of Arnum Rør, STARK strengthens its Danish foothold in the specialist area of civil engineering retail, in which the company already has a strong position in Germany in particular. Earlier this year, STARK Group added Tröger & Entenmann Group to its German business.

Arnum Rør is a family-owned company that, from its base in Gram, has established itself as a strong specialist firm in the region.

Group CEO Søren P. Olesen says:

Arnum Rør is continuing as a specialist business in the STARK chain under its own name and with the current management and staff.

The parties have not disclosed the financial or legal details of the transaction.
