STARK Group signs Diversity Charter Sweden

STARK Group’s Swedish subsidiary, Beijer Byggmaterial, has signed the Diversity Charter Sweden. The Group thereby strengthens its efforts for a more inclusive and diverse workplace. STARK Group has now signed charters for diversity in Sweden and Germany, as well as the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI)’s Gender Diversity pledge.

Beijer Byggmaterial has signed the Diversity Charter Sweden, a commitment to increase and work for more diversity and inclusion in the workplace. By signing the Diversity Charter and participating in its activities, Beijer commits to creating and maintaining an inclusive working environment, as well as exchanging experiences and developing knowledge for a successful way of working with diversity.

HR Director of Beijer Byggmaterial, Ulrika Wikberg says:

Since 2020, STARK Group has been a signatory of the UN Global Compact. A commitment to integrate the Global Compact’s Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption and to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
