STARK Group strengthens its position in Sweden

STARK Group has, through its subsidiary, Beijer Byggmaterial, signed an agreement to acquire the builders' merchant AB Knut Lindgren. The acquisition will reinforce Beijers position in the southern part of Sweden, where they already have a total of 11 branches. 

AB knut Lindgren is a family-owned company with two branches. The company has successfully been managed for many years with a strong and, above all, local business insight. The acquisition forms a breeding ground for further growth and a foundation to continue the successful local journey under the Beijer brand.

Similar to Beijer Byggmaterial, AB Knut Lindgren has an assortment and format aimed at the professional craftsmen. The two branches are at 6,300 sqm and 15,300 respectively.
